APARTMENT AT THE VILAS

This renovation for a young growing family with three children and a dog focused on creating warm, livable spaces that flow into each other and allow for a variety of functions ranging from parties with friends around the charcoal gray cabinet  and live oak edge bar counter to quality time with the kids and dog in the family room.

The wall between the existing master bedroom and living room was broken down to create a single large living cum family room space that can also be separated into different rooms with a paneled fluted glass and wood veneer sliding door.

The kitchen faced a similar treatment, where the wall between the kitchen and the dining was removed in order to create a single space for family to eat and interact.
