OUR SERVICES

SKDO is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Chennai and Delhi, dedicated to creating sustainable, climate-sensitive spaces. For over seven years, we've blended urban design, architecture, and adaptive reuse to shape resilient environments while addressing climate risks through greener solutions.

Our approach is deeply personal—every project is handcrafted, user-centric, and rooted in local heritage, craft, and participatory design. Sustainability isn't just a principle; it's the foundation of our work. As a proudly woman-led practice, we champion inclusion and diversity, extending our impact beyond design to the communities we engage with.

DESIGNING THE DETAILS

We will get into the details of the design ranging from infrastructure design and integration into the built space to the minute details of tile and flooring patterns, material selection, how materials come together to create a harmonious whole. When considering using novel methods and technologies, we do our research to seamlessly integrate innovation into the design.
